NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS.

The refund of the amount would be processed as per deduction guidelines outlined below :

• Cancelations up to 15 days prior to departure date - 0% deduction
• Between 15 days to 7 days prior to departure - 50% deduction
• Less then 7 days of departure - no cash refund
• Booking amount is Non - Refundable under any circumstances.
• Full Payment of the trip cost must be paid 7 days prior to the trip or at the Induction programme whichever is earlier. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip and the booking amount will not be refundable.
• No refunds or discounts shall be made towards any inclusions which are not availed by the Client. This includes voluntary or involuntary termination/departure from tour, i.e. sickness, accidents, death of a family member etc, late arrival on the tour, or premature departure either voluntarily or involuntarily.
• Ilahi travels shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as Natural Hazards, accident, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incidents.
• No cancellations will be taken over phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Rather it will be taken over email. Please also note that the booking amount for all packages/trips is non-refundable.
• When the change or cancellation arises from situations amounting to “force majeure” or for another reason beyond our control (After departure) Ilahitravels experiences Private Limited shall not be responsible to refund or compensate the amount already deposited earlier.
• In case of drop out by the Participant in between the Trip We shall not be responsible to make any refund in such a situation. The participant would also have to pay additionally for unplanned expenses on planning and executing the retreat of the participant on actual basis. In case suitable arrangements for retreat are not possible. Ilahitravels reserves the right to deny such drop out in between the event. And the decision will be final for the participants. Ilahitravels has a hold on it.
• Replacement of Participant(s) - you can seamlessly replace any of an individual in your bookings. Pay attention that this feature is applicable only when the status of your booking is “Paid” and there should be at least 7 days remaining prior to the departure date. Please note that the replacement would not be applicable on any Volvo/Train/Flight transport booked for that particular participant. The same would be automatically cancelled and the same will be followed by. This is simply done because the seats booked in such transport mediums are not transferable or refundable.
• Ilahi Travels reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, but will not cancel a tour before departure, except for Force Majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside Ilahi Travels Control.
